Common Questions

Why can’t I use my new ability?

You probably learned it in the Patchline but did not equip it in the Execution Deck.

Why is my ability greyed out?

Usually because of Recovery, Recharge, low Energy, wrong combat state, or invalid targeting.

Why can’t I heal that player?

Combat state, range, or zone restrictions are usually the reason support fails.

Why did my trade fail?

Movement, combat, range, disconnects, or bag space usually kill trades.

Best First Read Path Start with Getting Started, then read HUD and Controls, then Patchline and Execution Deck, then move into Combat once your brain stops smoking.
